Jim Bishop, President and CEO of Bishop Executive Services, has over twenty-five years in B2B Sales, Medical Sales, Medical Sales Management and National Medical Sales Recruiting experience. He attended the University of Delaware and received his BSBA degree in Marketing. Jim’s career started selling construction tools throughout New York City. He then began his medical sales career at Ethicon Inc where he quickly became a sales leader with numerous Glamour Prizes and Incentive Trips. After 5 years with Ethicon Inc, Jim worked for Boston Scientific as a Sales Rep and then Regional Sales Manager for the Urology and Neuro Division. During his 7 year tenure at Boston Scientific, he won 4 President’s Club Awards and numerous sales contests. |
In April of 2004, Jim started Bishop Executive Services and quickly grew the company into a nationally recognized Recruiting / Search Firm for Medical Sales and Sales Management positions. He has been able to use his extensive Medical Sales background to help some of the largest Fortune 500 Medical Sales companies fill open positions with top talent nationwide. The main focus has been to work as a true partner with our clients. Integrity and Ethics lead the firm through each and every search from beginning to end. Liz Nadeau, Vice President, has over twenty five years experience in Sales, Operations and National Medical Sales Recruiting. Prior to joining Bishop Executive services in December of 2004, Liz worked for Johnson and Johnson for 10 years and also ran her own Computer Sales and Marketing firm. Liz quickly became a nationally recognized Recruiter while partnering with companies such as Johnson and Johnson, Boston Scientific, Navilyst Medical, and Given Imaging. Hundreds of candidates have benefited from Liz’s attention to detail and personal touch on each and every search. She is the recipient of the first President’s Club Award with Bishop Executive Services awarded for outstanding results for 2009. She was promoted to Vice President of Recruiting due to her organizational, computer and operations skill sets. Liz works out of our Jacksonville office. |

Prior to joining Bishop Executive Services in 2005, Elke was an award winning sales rep for a Fortune 500 B2B company and also for Boston Scientific. She recently completed her MBA for Business with a concentration in Sales. Over the past 5 years she has partnered with some of the top companies in the medical device industry such as Boston Scientific, Smith and Nephew, Navilyst Medical and Johnson and Johnson. Due to her strong B2B management experience, she has the ability to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and successfully place them into medical device sales. Elke has a true passion for the business and does all she can to provide the best experience for her managers and candidates. Elke works out of our Minneapolis office. |

Carrie Soroush, Executive Search Consultant, has over 13 years of medical device sales, marketing and sales management experience. Carrie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and began her career with Sherwood Medical/Kendall Healthcare a few years later. Carrie then worked for Boston Scientific in the Urology and Gynecology Division where she won multiple sales awards including President’s Club in 2003. Following this award, she was promoted to Regional Sales Manager where she managed a team of up to 9 sales people from Pennsylvania through Maine. Carrie joined Bishop Executive Services in December of 2007. She has done an excellent job with Business Development as her hard work and effort has secured 3 new medical device companies as clients. Carrie works out of our Philadelphia office. |

She also worked for Enterprise Integration and was vital in initiating the recruiting department, as well as receiving recognition for exceptional sales. Tom M. Nolan has over 10 years of recruiting experience specializing in Medical Sales, Marketing, Bio-Medical, Logistics, and Executive Search. Prior to joining Bishop Executive Services, Tom spent 6 years with PSS World Medical, Inc., a publicly traded $2 billion distributor of medical supplies and clinical based solutions. During his tenure with PSSWM, Tom developed and led the recruiting initiatives for the company's 800+ sales force and marketing teams, implemented creative recruiting solutions across the United States, led all executive search initiatives, and coached the organization's leadership on career development and recruiting best practices. Before joining PSS World Medical, Tom worked for a national IT placement firm as a Senior Technology Recruiter. He holds a B.S. in History with a minor in Business from Florida State University.. |
